SE Ranking's pitch is value, and it mostly delivers — but the single-seat limit on Core is a real constraint: two people needing logins pushes you to Growth at more than double the price. And the recent plan migration left some users feeling burned, so verify your plan's actual limits before assuming the marketing matches reality.

Data quality is good rather than best-in-class — Ahrefs and Semrush still edge it on backlink freshness and keyword accuracy in side-by-side tests, though the gap is smaller than the price gap suggests. For most small sites and freelancers, that trade is worth it.
